Synod provides an online platform for creating, managing, and participating in voting events. Features and services may vary based on subscription plans or trial access.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the Services. You are solely responsible for the content you create, share, or display while using the Services and for the conduct of any voting events you manage.

5. Fees and Payment

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated. Payments are processed through Stripe, and you agree to their terms of service.

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Synod and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Synod, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
